Horrible service from Willie Baloyi

Rather quite disappointing service that my partner and I are receiving from one of your employees WILLIE BALOYI. Its been days since we sent him our documents to apply for a phone and everyday he keeps telling us that he will get back to us but he never does. This is rather pathetic and disappointing, Its not like you guys are giving us the phone for free. Please improve your customer experience or rather just stop hiring *********** and illiterate people you pick up from the township.
