Horrible Service from iStore Woodlands

I have received horrible service from iStore Woodlands. They app**** for a contract with my details and despite having not given me the details, not having application forms completed by me, and my request for them to cancel it, they have not done it after five days. To make matters worse, iStore South African tells me I cannot talk to the store telephonically because they do not have phones. I am now given the task to reverse debit orders. This is the company to avoid at all costs.
