Horrible service from Bonolo

Terrible service from Bonolo at the istore in eastgate mall. Went to go at get a new device at the store when I was first told I couldn’t be helped. When I said it was an upgrade Bonolo was sent to help me. He had the absolute worst attitude. I work in customer service and would never treat a client this way. He threw away a sale. Istore needs to employ people who are good for business and not chase business away.
