Horrible service from assistant manager

I went to iStore at Mall of Africa with my partner today(31/07/2022) around 5pm. The horrible service we received from the assistant manager(i think her name is Kwena) I'm so disappointed. When we arrive we asked if they have iPhone 13 in stock and she said yes, and we told her we would like one. She goes to tell us that she doesn't assist with new applications after 5pm because that means she will leave the shop at 20h20. We tell her it's not an application we already have an existing account we want an add on. Then she says all the same she can't help, we must order online and get the device in 2 weeks or I must come on my day off. The attitude while she is saying all this busy talking to her friend and paging through some stuff not even looking at us. She then tells me to come on my day off and i must come before 4pm then she will help. I tell her i work at a hospital my next off will be end of the month, this is my day off, she tells me it's not her problem. If istore doesn't assist customers after 4pm then please update it on ur website, the time and money spent to go there and be told i can't be assisted because i came at 5pm yet the store closes at 8pm😳😳😳i find that extremely disrespectful. We are paying customers and we expect to be treated with respect and kindness. This is not acceptable
