Horrible service Eastgate Istore

27 May 2025 i bought an IPhone at Istore Eastgate which 40km away from me. Had to go there because of the colour i wanted. 11 June 2025 i went there for an upgrade. The store was empty of customers and full of stuff. A lady at the door approached me and told me i need an appointment. I went to a guy named Tebogo, not so willingly he ended up attending to me. The phone needed to be wiped so he then said i should book an appointment. I drove to Istore East rand mall, a very busy lady named Yonela assisted me in less than 30min.
