Horrible Delivery Service

I place an order on the 31/07/2024 and it was supposed to come the next day, however, it has been 2 days now and I still haven’t received the delivery details yet. I called the support number and spoke to 2 ladies and the one said that my order will be delivered on 02/08/2024, however, the lady that spoke to on that day I was supposed get my delivery said that my order still shows that it is being processed. This is pathetic service. I expected more from iStore and this is not the first time this happened. I am disappointed.
