Horrible customer service Istore Centurion

Horrible customer service at istore South Africa, Centurion to specific.

First their network was down, I was patient enough to wait. cane back when they online, everyone minded their business with no care whatsoever to explain there is a queue system, only after an hour and half we get queued,

I calmly complain so as other customers about this horrible leadtimes and i specifically asked for the store manager, I was told he is on the phone cannot come and he will come, let's just say I left the store without him or her showing up.

Finally a consultant(Salamina) came and helped , and by the way one star is for her alone not to be shared with store .if I could i would give her five but the context does not allow

I just want to say your customer service is horrible to say the least and has left a bad taste in my mouth . Perhaps it's time you review your process as this cannot be blamed on consultants.
