HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I went to iStore Cavendish to enquire on behalf of my husband abut his Macbook. When I got there they basically refused me to go inside, but let everyone in, I even asked why am I being helped while standing outside while others are in. There were people in the store idling and waiting for the technicians to help them, why couldn't I wait for the technician inside the store like everyone else, and if it was just collection why make me stand outside for more than 20 min? And the technician finally comes and says he was busy helping another client. Wow! I've never been so upset.
