Horrible and unhelpful service

I’ve been to mall of Africa Istore and eastgate Istore both extremely useless. My device has been giving me software problems since I bought it from the Istore directly mind you. My phone refuses to update so every time I take it to them all they do is reset the phone and give it back to me. Last time they did this I had lost all my pictures from my birthday with no way of getting them back. I have been to them many times and they have witnessed the software issue because the last few times they even had a problem resetting it. I’ve also taken my phone in for the camera to be fix on icare and ever since my cameras been repaired it glitches but they so unwilling to help at the stores . I’ve continuously had the same problems and till today they just take my phone for a few days leaving me phone less and giving it back with the same issues over and over.

I’m genuinely so frustrated and disgusted with the service I’ve received.
