Horrible

Horrible horrible experience. I had an issue with my iCloud, needed to reset and was asked to book online of which after I had twice, I was told to stand by the side and call for assistance over the phone whilst they moved on to the next booking. Makes no sense to as why I had to book & still not get the correct assistance which I should’ve been informed about the first time I came first place. Would’ve saved my time & petrol fuel
