Highly Frustrated! Istore Card Application

<p>I cannot understand why it is so difficult to apply for this card! Once your application goes through there is no further communication, no time frame as to when you can expect resolution or approval! The call centre is great and try their best to be helpful however, Standard bank is the delay! This is not highly complicated! Just keep the customer in the loop, I app**** last week and still don't know the status or SLA associated with the application. Very frustrating!</p>
