Helpful knowledgeable service

I recently had a problem with my Mac. I unfortunately had also lost my backup. I took it to the istore at the glen and was assisted by Tumi. He was knowledgeable and had a plan from the beginning. He tried to recover all my data and sorted out the Mac. <br> <br> I really appreciated the helpful and knowledgeable approach he had to my problem. I could see that he knows what he is doing and is willing to go the extra mile to help me.
