Hate bad service

Online upgrade and pre order process does not help. Online support staff very Rude " Thandi" , cuts off live chat without listening, sends me to sort out my problem with Vodacom. I wanted to use the Icare voucher, but guess I will just have to upgrade directly at Vodacom like Thandi told me to do!
