My 3 year old daughter was freed ling with my phone and it went to iPhone unavailable mode, and I tried numerous time to resolve it and i could came alright. first i call in to the national call center and my number was divided to north carolina last night and i could get help there. Case ID: ***. Then, now the story gets interested. This morning at 9:39 am central African time, i made a phone call to *** and a very helpful lady By the name of Gugu Hlatshwayo picks up the phone as usual and help me with the trouble shooting and send me 1 email with the link to resolve my issue with my phone. now the problem has been resolve at the go and i think if it was not for Gugu i would have been still having the issue of my iPhone went into the unavailable mode. thanks Gugu for helping out this morning and i hope that the company Istore South Africa will recognize you as a good investment into there company..
