None of us are getting feedback from our complaints and I want to build a group complaint to the ombudsman and send a complaint to apple head office to highlight the standard of service us as South Africans are receiving. I'm an attorney and also tired of the quality of service we receive vs the price we pay for these products and want to put an end to this.
