Great service from Katlego and Tebogo Moeketsi!

It’s not every day that people write great stuff about service received and I wish to do that today. During the first lock down (last year 2020), I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max online from IStore. A few months later this phone started giving me issues (WiFi Toggle greying out). By this year March I had returned it to iStore fourways mall 5 times with the same issue . To cut the long story short, a lovely young lady Kgatlego (I don’t know her surname) made sure that I spoke to the manager Matthew who later recommended that Tebogo handles my issue. Tebogo Moeketsi and Katlego have been a great help to me and finally I’ve been offered a new unit to replace the faulty one. Thank you guys and keep up the great service. Happy customer!
