great service from iStore Somerset west

my son's Apple Macbook broke on Sunday morning. He is a student in Stellenbosch and I am in Johannesburg. I emailed the iStore in Somerset West for assistance, expecting an answer on Monday but got a call from Simon within 20 minutes. My son arrived a while later and they sorted him out and provided him with a loaner model to keep going while his unit gets repaired. that was a much better experience than i expected.
