Great response

I recently made a service-based complaint to The Core Group regarding the above iStore, and I was most impressed with the level for service I received from all parties concerned. Carrie from The Core Group rep**** to my mail timeously, and continued to follow up with me until she knew that the issue had been handled completely. Nupin from the iStore was a complete professional, he called me to personally apologize, inform me of their course of action, and even asked me to pop by when I am next in the area. Well done and thank you to all involved, it couldn't have been handled better.
