compliment the staff eastgate IStore, it has been long that I walked into a shop and the Customer Service was absolutely fantastic! from the minute I set foot at the door to the exit, every single technician, apprentice and assistant were knowledgeable, attentive, asking the right questions and had an amazing experience, all competitors should strive to have such service delivery, it is without any doubt a world class Customer Service Delivery.
