Given an incorrect phone.

I had a decided that I would buy a Certified Pre-owned iPhone as it was sort of like owning a used phone with all the perks of a brand new one (It included all the Accessories).

So I enquired around and was told by the iStore at Sandton Drive that they had some Certified Pre-owned iPhone 6 Plus' and that they had a few stock available.

Few days later I popped in at the iStore at Sandton Drive to get myself one. A lady assisted me and I explained to her that I was looking to buy a Certified Pre-owned iPhone 6 Plus. She took me to a display of iPhones and told me they had one in Gold. I told her I was taking the phone and proceeded to make the payment and left the store.

Upon unboxing when I arrived home, I noticed that the only thing in the box was the iPhone and Lighting cable+USB power adapter. This was the moment that I realized that I had been given a Previously Used iPhone instead of a Certified Pre-Owned one. I emailed the guys at the iStore where I bought it and was told to come in store to be assisted. Well, I went there and was told that the phone I got was Previously Used and not Certified Pre-Owned (Which I already figured at this point) and didn't receive any help beyond this point (Waste of my time and Petrol) .

So now I am stuck with an iPhone without EarPods and have to pay a few hundred Rands in order to get myself one.
