Getting debit orders for a phone I don't have

Horrible experience with #istore the glen, activated a contract without telling me and when I am still waiting for the manager to get back to me with the rectification since the 6Feb, I just got a debit order from the contract they had to cancel. Would definitely not recommend going there,it was just a tedious and exhausting process
