Gateway I-store , most *********** staff ever

took my iphone in to get a damage report to claim from insurance only to be faced with the most *********** staff i have ever met, these guys at the Gateway Istore know absolutely nothing about customer service or even apple products, to have to pay to get them to tell me the phone is cracked when you can physically see it , the speaker does not work and yet they told me it does, i need to get the phone replaced but they want to have it replaced with a second hand phone that was repaired which is bull**** to be honest, i would rather get apple advice from a samsung store than this gateway istore. I 100% would suggest that no one uses them as you will go in to buy a new iphone and they will sell you nappies.

10/10 would not recommend.
