FUTILE STAFF - ISTORE ROSEBANK

It has been two weeks since I've been trying to get myself an iphone 13 Pro at istore Rosebank but due to the staff lacking customer care service skills and having zero respect for customer's time, I am still with no phone. Caroline is the worst agent ever. I would have gotten my iphone long time ago at Vodacom or MTN or Telkom or Cell C but due to them not having stock we now have to rely on useless staff who choose to be in training during the customer's time and give zero f*** yes unemployment is huge is south Africa but make sure you hire people with good customer care skills at least!!!!!!! The manager Ronald mustn't even bother try to contact me again if he can't tell his staff what to do when a certain customer comes in store. RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME!!!!!!
