<p>Desperately frustrated with the lack of response from iStore Fourways Mall. I bought a supposedly brand new iPhone 6 four months ago and the screen completely separated from the battery. Despite being under warranty their service centre refused to replace the phone as they found a sticker inside the phone saying it had been previously repaired! Despite threatening legal action, as the store clearly **********ly sold me a second hand phone, I have had no response from the store manager or after the service centre supposedly escalated my case. It has now almost been 2 weeks. </p>
