FNB Interest rate is false!

Not even a customer yet and I have a problem! All the FNB interest rates on the website are false adverti*****t. Non of the option are 9.75-10% interest rate.

iStore staff told me that its FNB and FNB told me that its a problem at iStore. Its week 2 since I planned to purchase our phones and still no answer from iStore or FNB.
