Fed up Customer with the *********** Apple istore

The online pre-owned iphone store is a disgrace. One would think Apple is so respected globally that you would get excellent service but yet you get treated like you are annoying them. I am so upset with these people as they have the ability to sort the issue out and get it done yet they drag their feet. I will never in my life buy an apple iphone again. My phone was sent in for repairs on the 27th June till this day I have not received any positive feedback to give me a time frame. I believe it can take between 7 to 14days till this day I am without a phone and none of their workers give a **** about making a customers a priority. Ive had it I even feel like taking them to the law because this is like a ****
