FED UP!!!!

I app**** for a phone 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received feedback, T's&C's clearly stipulate a turn around time of 48hours, this is appalling and I'm annoyed that I have to wait and chase after people to do their jobs. The consultant at istore fourways is doing the best he can to update me but surely the vetting process shouldn't be so lengthy. And if it is then clients are being manipulated and being sold on the idea that applying for any device is simple process which is the complete opposite. I'm frustrated and annoyed
