FAULTY REPLACEMENT UNITS, ICARE DONT CARE ABOUT GHOSTING!

I bought an iPhone 6 plus at iStore Eastgate in February 2015 as well as iCare. Less than a year I made a claim under iCare for liquid damage and paid an excess fee of R800 (no problem). I then asked how long it would take to have the phone repaired. I told that Apple doesn't repair phones they replace them with new units. Wow I was impressed. I received a loan phone while I waited for the replacement phone to arrive. I then received the replacement phone (1st replacement unit) which looked new to me and when my way.

About 4 or so months later the screen started to freeze, I returned it to the iStore. I was told the problem is termed ghosting and it is a manufacturing fault and therefore the phone will be replaced. The phone was replaced (2nd replacement unit) and I went my way. Now it is about 8 months later and my phone started to ghost again. I returned it to the iStore again and was told I would be quoted to have it repaired because my iCare has expired. I then received a quotation for R6000 from the Core group for me to get a replacement phone. How can their replacement phones always have the same problems (GHOSTING) when they are supposedly new?

It is clear iStore is giving customers second-hand or faulty replacement units and passing them off as new! I am now expected to pay R6000 for the repairs with a warranty of only 3 months only for that phone to stop working again so they can charge me another R6000. I have literally has 3 phones in a span of 2 years so none of the phones last even 1 year! How is this possible for such an expensive phone?

iStore/Apple is *********** their customers, I am never again spending another cent on an Apple product!!!
