Faulty handset

I have bought an IPhone from Menlyn Istore in January 2014 which didn't last 3 days functioning normal, because it was under cooling off period I sent it back to the supplier Menlyn Istore for an exchange of a new one. I was then informed that they will have to sent in the phone to the technical centre to verify the fault of the battery. After three day I got an email from technical centre that there isn't anything wrong with the phone and they are dispatching it back to the store. I had to travel back to West Africa as I am deployed there and come home in 6 months intervals, I then sent my spouse to go and collect the phone for me and bring it with to cote d'Ivoire. Upon her arrival at Istore she was given a new phone when she asked she was told that the message which was sent to me was an error. I used the new phone for less than a month and it started showing blurring marks on the screen I reported the phone and was informed I must bring it in June 2014 when I come back I did that and they gave me a loan phone. The phone had screen scratch's and a dent on the corner of the screen when I came back this year in June 2015 I informed Grobler about the fault he took the phone
