faulty devices

I knew from day one I was sold a dud as u will remember I complained and even spoke to apple head office. I was told I was wrong. Few months later now macbook pro overheats and eont turn on. I am so disappointed and devastated. I need my information for my work and exams. For such an expensive machine this is truly shocking g and unacceptable
