False payment info provided

<p>I pre-ordered an iPhone 7 online at myistore.co.za and decided to finance it in my budget facility over 24 months since there is specifically an option for that. This gives me a fixed payment with an interest rate of 10.9%.</p> <p>When I received my statement, it showed that the amount went of as Straight instead of the chosen 24 month Budget period.</p> <p>When contacting support, they refered me to the Standard Bank iStore Card division, which keeps on coming back to me with se same story that they can not change my purchase to budget as online purchases doesn't qualify for the 10.9% 24 month Budget option.</p> <p> </p> <p>So if your website doesn't work the way you state it to work, rather then don't make people waste their money and time strugling to get it fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>BTW, get this fixed or I will log a complaint at the ASA for providing false financing/payment info your website.</p>
