False adverti*****ts and lies

I upgraded my contract through istore online as they promised "same day delivery" and "click and collect" services. When the sales consultant called me yesterday she informed me that they do not offer same day delivery or click and collect, but they would get the phone delivered the next day (today) if I got all of the paperwork complete and made all of the payments by 2pm yesterday. I submitted all the signed documents they needed and paid the R250 administration fee yesterday by 11:30 and have not really yet heard anything about any device being delivered since. I followed up around 9 this morning and was told that the courier admin was done and was in the queue and that they would send me a waybill number today. It's now 14:30 and I have not yet even received the waybill number nevermind the device that they promised on their site would be delivered same day. They brazenly falsely advertise and lie to their customers. Stay away
