False adverti*****t for “trade-ins” and “free icare of R1999”

When recently doing an upgrade the process took more than 2.5 hours. The istore website refers to “ free R1999” icare plus” with an upgrade on any mac,iphone or ipad but at time of pyment I was informed that this can not be done on my Mac purchase/upgrade. There was further advertised that trade-in of up to R8k kan be done on Macbooks but when asked about that, I was tols that was not available on macbook I chose. I believe this to be false adverti*****t and misleading.
