False advertising RE delivery and terrible customer service

Inferior service at a superior price.

Promise of next day (or 2 day delivery dependant on order time) and a week later still waiting for delivery.

Hours of calls, emails and live chats and everyone is terribly sorry but no offer of a solution or any tangible action taken.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
