false advertising on social media and website

the myistore website has been advertising they have stock of the 2020 ipad pro for delivery on their website. And on facebook they state that all istores have stock and it is available. However people who have paid and preordered clearly are stating on facebook,instagram and twitter, they have not received their ipads. There is a big disconnect with the myistore and their communications dept. A case of fantasy vs reality. I was at the istore at the Glen today 23rd May 2020 and they have not received stock neither do they know when they will get stock. The myistore website mentions these ipads are now out of stock. They should start with being honest and advising customers they are not ready to launch the product. I have been dealing with the myistore call centre and they never advised at any point they received stock during the last month until today. In fact my details were given to contact me when stock arrives and i have not received feedback.
