False advertising

IPhone advertise in their website that you can by a phone in your budget account but the full amount goes off first then transferred after 3 to 5 days to budget. Once transferred they put the money back into the credit card. This is false. The full amount gets taken off, transferred to budget but nothing get paid back into the credit card. The repayment of the credit card is less because they carry it over the budget time period.
