False advertising

My iPhone 5 has been giving me a lot of problems in the sense that the phone just goes dead once the battery reaches 47%. I then saw the Apple Battery replacement program on the apple site, entered my serial number and the site informed me that my battery will be replaced free of charge. I then took my phone into the iStore in Brooklyn and after a week of waiting received a quotation for R5000.
