Failed to deliver.

iStore an Apple Premium Reseller, a major reseller for apple Inc cannot even get their website to work. After 2 weeks of trying to buy a number of in stock. Visiting the store on 06/05/20 for 2 hours (software was offline) left without placing the order or getting the quote on 4 Macs and 2 iPads I am still waiting for a call from the iStore Gateway. This is shocking service from what is supposed to be a leading SA name in Apple.com sales. I am busy looking for a reseller that will give a better service - Was also waiting for them to finalise the 5% business discount and found out they are different companies and do not work together. Poor show. The product saves them - Pity They need a shake up, follow the US / European sales model
