Fail to help with upgrade

I went to iStore ilanga mall Nelspruit on 17 September 2024 I wanted to do an upgrade on my telkom account they manager told me the is no one to help since all the consultants who have log in on the telkom system are off and other are on training and she as the manager can't assist me
