Extremely upset

So today was a really interesting day for me. My insurance claim was finally approved for my ****** MacBook Pro, and I got an istore voucher.

Excited I go to the online store and find myself a beautiful macbook air and and sleeve cover for it. A couple times the voucher gives me the run around and I was forced to use the full voucher amount in one go, but I ended up giving into theie system and I used the full voucher.

I opted for same day delivery because tomorrow Im going to Durban to see my folks for the long weekend and with that being said, I had a half day at work. As soon as I realised that the order will be delivered when Im long gone, I aaked to change address because I saw the option available. I received an email confirming that delivery address has been changed to my home address.

Not long after I receive a phone call and an email to say that my same day delivery was canceled because I didnt use full amount of the voucher for my overall purchase, then I get another call when I was told it will be fixed on their end, the same day delivery will still apply, I will get my order today.

I then get a phone call from the delivery guy saying hes at my work address, which h confused me because I had made, what I thought was a successful address change. Got a little attitude from the delivery guy, he was even offering to leave my package with secirity guards at work, when I refused he said he would do me a favour if I give him fuel money, still I refused.

When I got back to istore online, I was was being told that the driver left and will deliver tomorrow because they couldnt reach me, which was not true. The nice lady who handled my enquiry then told me that the delivery company refuses my delivery because Im in a high risk area. This is now late afternoon when I couldnt really do much else.

I now feel so belittled and diacriminated against just because I livebin the township. Im so insignificant that no1 at istore could even tell me this well on time so now I feel like I am not good enough for Apple because I dont live in urban areas and I cant get the same privileges as people from. The suburbs, just because Im. In the township, yet, I always get deliveries from companies suxh as DHL, DBV, Fastway, Courier Guy etc but the company that istore associates with discriminates.

I am so upset, I feel so belittled and insignificant, discriminated against so much that I dont want anything to do with apple and istore anymore because they cant accomodate paying customers because of where they live and most importantly, I still dont have a laptop and this was meant to be dealt with last week Wednesday amd nobody even cares to help me.

Im very disappointed.
