Extremely Disappointed With the Quality of the Cable Supp**** With My iPhone

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration following my recent purchase of a cellphone from iStore Preowned.

After spending a significant amount of money on an Apple device, I was genuinely shocked to find that the cable supp**** with the phone was of such poor and seemingly inferior quality. Quite frankly, this is not what I expected from a retailer associated with the Apple brand.

When a customer invests this much money in an Apple product, the expectation is not unreasonable: the entire experience, including the accessories supp****, should reflect the quality, reliability and attention to detail associated with Apple. Receiving a cable that feels cheap and substandard completely undermines that experience.

What disappoints me even more is that iStore can do better than this. Customers should not have to question the quality of an essential accessory after making a substantial purchase. It leaves me feeling as though the overall customer experience was treated as an afterthought.

Apple has consistently built its reputation around putting the customer experience at the centre of its products and services, with a strong emphasis on quality, attention to detail, trust and customer satisfaction. Those values should not stop at the point of sale. They should be evident throughout the entire purchasing experience.

I therefore expect iStore Preowned to take this complaint seriously and address the matter appropriately. I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why a cable of this quality was supp**** with my purchase and, more importantly, what you intend to do to rectify the situation.

I did not spend this amount of money expecting to receive accessories that give the impression of being an afterthought. I paid for a premium experience, and this fell considerably short of that expectation.
