Extremely Disappointed with IStore Vaal Mall

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at IStore Vaal Mall. On the 19th of March, I upgraded my MTN contract and also traded in my old iPad for R3100. I was told by the consultant assisting me that the payment would be made within 24-48 hours. Well, here we are on the 28th of March, and I still haven't received the payment.

I’ve followed up multiple times, and the manager, Nkosana Lesiba, continues to offer the same tired excuses about a "system payment error" from Head Office. It's now over a week, and no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed in both the lack of communication and the failure to honor the commitment made by the staff. I expected better from a store like IStore. I will not be returning anytime soon, and I strongly recommend that others be cautious before engaging with this store. Especially for trade-in's.

If you want reliable service and follow-through, look elsewhere!
