Extremely disappointed at Menlyn iStore

Horrible service from iStore Menlyn. Waited hours for a simple task to be done, employees have no interest to help and cannot do their jobs right. Trade in valuations are also extremely inconsistent from person to person, a R2000 difference was given to me on each device from one day to the next. If you have any plans for the day do not go to this store because you will be there all day, I would not recommend using them.
