Exposing credentials

<p>So here is how it gows, you open a istore account and lets say they give you R20 000 credit, now you register on their site and they email you your username and password that you just entered in blank text.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely insecure as not only can anyone listening "snifing" on the line now have access to my account. My account contains me ID where I say basically every detail about me for this person to use to ***** my identity, which I think is worse than useing to R20 000 credit that was provided to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I Phoned the number in the mail and clearly this girl I spoke to didn't have any technical background to actually understand how serious this matter is. I the requested to be cc'd on the mails escalating this query but was told internal matters are internal and not for the public. So here I am now in the open requesting an public explenation as well as a plan that will be implemented imediatly as this kind of behavior is ruining alot of peoples lives.</p>
