Exceptional Service

I got a new contract at Istore Clearwater mall in December 2019 and to this day I cannot get over the exceptional service I received from the young man who assisted me that day. I don't really remember his name but i think his surname was Pather, either way this gentleman went over and beyond to ensure I walked out of that shop happy. Even after his manager tried to make things difficult he went out of his way to fix it and I left the shop one extremely happy customer. Istore is truly lucky to have such an employee, he is truly one of a kind.
