EXCELLENT SERVICE BY JACQUESBOTHA AT iStore CLEARWATER MALL

I would like to give a big shout out to a guy by the name of Jacques Botha from the iStore at Clearwater Mall in Roodepoort, Jhb When they talk about a consultant that have depth product knowledge, ubuntu, excellent customer service ( actually excellent customer service) is an understatement to what Mr Botha offered me. It was my first time going into an iStore to enquirer about migrating from Android to Apple and this guy was not only helpful to guide on taking a contract but he took his time and educated me on how to actually use an iPhone, features, prons and cons and even did some up-selling. I told him I'm coming back to apply for the 2 phones I want for me and my daughter. I have information overload for almost 1h45 min but it was all worth it, I hope you guys treasure this gentleman because is an asset, actually please kindly give him a raise or his own franchise, I believe he is capable of handling your business and customers. If you guys don't take care of him I'm going to headhunt Jacques Botha one day to handle my business and customers. Well done I was really happy and impressed with his attitude, knowledge, skills, mannerism, respect, answered most of my questions and very smart too.
