Excellent service.

Since June 2020 until August 11th I was struggling to get my IPhone 11 Pro Max replaced after it was booked for repairs at MTN Mall of the North. About 3 weeks ago I called Istore Menlyn and I spoke to Chris who handed over my case to Paul Moloisi. Paul Moloisi was very very helpful. He kept me informed at all times. There was a point where MTN took over a month to get back to me while Istore got back to me every single day. I wanted to terminate my contract with MTN but because of the service IStore gave me I opted for getting a replacement phone from Istore which saved MTN. So basically MTN has Paul Moloisi to thank as well. I truly appreciate the hard work and the dedication Istore in particular Paul Moloisi gave my case.
