EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I lodged a complaint against I Store as staff there said they were launching a new i phone and were too busy to repair my daughters much needed computer, and she should return in 2 weeks.<br> I had an immediate response from Phillip Nellmapius,the manager at I Store Cavendish, who contacted my daughter and arranged to have her computer couriered to effect the repair. Thank you Phillip for excellent customer service!
