Even Apple I store is pathetic

I am absolutely disgusted in the manner that I was treated at Apple Istore Tygervalley. The staff are lazy and do not do their work. I am so shocked at the level of pathetic service I can scream. I am sure nothing will come of this, it will just be another day in the life of service. I thought Apple is really superior but they are right there with the lowest quality of businesses. I am angry!!!
