Empty promises on delivery

On the istore web and a option when you buy is next-day delivery. This do not happen i do not know why they advertise that. I phoned the next day and the callcentre told me they will escalate but it did not happen i phoned the afternoon and i was told by the call centre next day means in 48 hours then why advertise next day it is 24 hours they escalate again. On Wednesday i phoned again stil no delivery the callcentre has the most interesting excuses that does not help the delivery. there is no urgency on istore side for delivery so do not expect you delivery to be on time it is only empty statements on there website. The call centre is also useless they do not tell you the truth and no delivery. i phoned the call centre on the Wednesday about 6 times no answers to where my delivery is all they can say is will escalate you can not talk to some one that can help refuse then they drop the call so you can not leave a review on the call

i am extremely disappointed in the way istore handled my order Wenesday is past and still no delivery
